During budget year (2003-2004), we processed and exported Fresh Water Shrimp(200)M.T and Sea Water Shrimp (150)M.T up till now from the budget year (2003-2004). Monthly we export Fresh water Shrimp (40-45)M.T and Sea Water Shrimp(15-20)M.T.

During budget year (2003-2004), we processed and exported Fresh Water Shrimp (150-200)M.T and Sea Water Shrimp (300-400)M.T up till now.

Value of products exported

We exported shrimp amounting in US$(2,480,000.00)from the year(2002-2003) and also US$ (6,280,000.00) in year (2003-2004). We intend to export nearly US$ (8,000,000.00) in (2004-2005).

Countries exported

We export Fresh Water Shrimps to Canada, E.U countries, Australia and Sea Water Shrimps to U.S.A, Japan, Canada and Fresh Water Fish to E.U and Middle East countries.

Projections (2004-2005)

Projection of (1000)M.T with a value of US$ 7 to 8 millions is projected from Yangon and Myeik factories per year.
